We encountered the friendliest, most helpful staff here. I'd like to give a big shout out to Spencer in particular who helped us check in and went out of his way to arrange a shuttle out to Disneyland for our group at a great price - we couldn't have asked for better service! The rooms were spacious and beautiful, and the whole place had a great vibe and was in a great location. There was great attention to detail with little touches like a complimentary glass of champagne on arrival, free coffee in the morning and flavoured water available in the lobby. There was a good selection of food at the restaurant, which was pleasant to spend time in. The rooftop had great lounge areas and a fabulous view. We loved it!

I was astounded when I walked into my room. It is absolutely beautiful! I love the plush carpet and its wistful design. I love the sunken living room with a nice big couch and the balcony. The bed was very comfortable. The space is amazing. Lots of great light. It was a comfortable room to relax in. I ordered room service for breakfast, and the girl who brought it up was so very nice. I can tell she loves her job. The valet parkers were very nice and were always quick to bring out my car. This is the absolute most perfect location in the heart of West Hollywood. I love the neighborhood feel here. Really beautiful surroundings.

Great location, and given the location , good value for money.The room was very comfortable. The Staff were great, from reception to the valets parking the car. I could easily walk down to West Hollywood or up to Sunset Boulevard. The pool area is lovely, and the young man mixing drinks had personality plus. I wasn’t drinking, but watching him with the other guests was a pleasure in itself.

In particular, I'd like to give a shoutout to the valet that were so nice and working at all sorts of hours (especially during Thanksgiving), your efforts are definitely recognised. The hotel room was huge, clean, and quite relaxing to be in. Location was unreal as it's close to WeHo bars and Sunset Blvd. It's a quiet residential area too.

We visited in winter so didn't use the rooftop pool area but it had lovely views of the city. The beds were large and comfortable and the hotel is in a quiet location so we slept great with no disturbances.
